                                         Carpet-Cleaning Methods…

                                        “DRY” CLEANING CARPETS?

There are three primary methods of carpet Cleaning:

Dry Cleaning, Encapsulation Cleaning, and Hot Water Extraction.

Carpet Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning utilizes chemical cleaning solutions to extract dirt.

There are three dry-cleaning methods used today:

1. Dry Foam: A shampoo is applied to your carpet, allowed to dry, and then vacuumed up, bringing the dirt with it. Shampoo is very wet…

2. Dry Chemical: After a cleaning solution is applied to the carpet, a machine spins a large bonnet from side to side to absorb dirt in the carpet. After the bonnet is saturated with dirt, it is replaced with a new, clean bonnet and the process continues.

3. Dry Compound: An absorbent mixture resembling wet sawdust is spread over the carpet. And then machine brushes the mixture into the carpet to absorb the dirt. “When the mixture dries”, it is vacuumed out, taking  the dirt with it.

                                       Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning.

At ALLJANI we find this method to be the best for commercial carpets. It Eliminates wicking? That's the gray dirty look that carpets get after the carpets dry from a Hot water extraction.

Remember commercial carpets are glued to a concert floor, they are not like the one's at home with padding under them.

ENCAPSULATION – LOW MOISTURE CARPET CLEANING

Very Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning This chemical is outstanding in its ability to remove tenacious soil and is unique in doing so without leaving any sticky, dirt holding residue. It allows you to greatly extend the time between necessary cleaning

                                                        THE BENEFITS

SURFACTANT/SOLVENT BLEND - A unique combination for optimum penetration, lifting, suspension, removal of all types of soil... and just better cleaning.

CONVERTS TO A INVISIBLE POWDER - Dries to a friable residue that gradually breaks down to a practically invisible powder.

REPLACES POWDERS & GRANULES - eliminates the need for time consuming vacuuming when used in so called dry cleaning. Less time more savings for the customer

FASTER DRYING - cleaning system dramatically reducing drying time.

NO IMMEDIATE VACUUMING - Most carpet cleaning chemicals recommend vacuuming immediately after use. It’s a necessity when using “dry” powders.

COMPLIES WITH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - Meets specs for use on commercial stain resistant nylon carpets. Will not over saturate carpets to the point of lifting or separating for adhesive. Will maintain carpet fibers longer then roller brushes, that will only separate and agitate carpet fibers over time.

Hot Water Extraction, we do not recommend it, but will do the service with the understanding that it may wicker.
